We all use the same CDJ-800's exclusively, no turntables. The only thing each DJ does is plug in his laptop to the same USB cable that is attached to our box.
I run a Toshiba M-45 Satelite 1.6 GHz, XP-Pro, 512 RAM, SP-2 running 1.6.2.
Removing the battery did seem to help. I actually got it to run for more than an hour. ( 3 hours in fact ). I thought I had the problem fixed (until I played my next gig), but it just took longer to get it to screw-up.
Audio drops out from one of the 'virtual' decks, then sometimes both decks. It will not come back until re-boot.
I have never seen the USB dropout indicator light EVER light up.
Overviews have been built. Every file found to be corrupt by building overviews has been taken out of my i-tunes playlist( I don't use cates ).
The funny thing is that my computer is used by another DJ on the same system and he has no problems with his set which is just as long as mine. The only difference is his files. He accesses his files from an external drive that I do not use.

- Mixtape .als recordings now work with Ableton Live 9.
- Fixed a bug where the beatgrid lock wasn't being saved and loaded to/from the file; it was only being saved to the database.
- The Sixty-Eight record source is now correctly loaded from preferences.
- Fixed a bug where the CDJ-350 was sending both MIDI and HID messages which meant it could possibly fire two different Scratch Live events at the same time.
- Fixed a bug where the DJFX deck assignments wouldn't save to preferences if going from being 'on' initially, to 'off'.
